Born and raised in Douglasville, Dr. Desai attended Chapel Hill High School before earning his undergraduate degree at the University of Georgia. After completing his medical degree at SABA University School of Medicine and his Family Medicine residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital, he returned home — driven by a deep commitment to the community that shaped him.

Born in Montreal, Quebec, Isabelle moved to the United States at age three and grew up in Kennesaw, GA. She earned her BSN/RN from Kennesaw State University and her MSN/FNP from Georgia Southwestern University. She completed two semesters of FNP clinical rotations right here at West Atlanta Primary Care alongside Dr. Desai — making her a seamless and trusted addition to our team.
