Why do I need a primary care physician (PCP)?

Just as a car needs routine services, so does your body. It is important to have regular check ups to prevent any unwanted surprises. Your primary care physician will want to understand your medical history, family history and social history in order to provide you with personalized cared tailored to your needs and benefits. This will ultimately decrease your cost of health services by preventing sickness and ER visits.

I am healthy and do not get sick, why do I need a PCP?
