Dr. Shivam Desai, MD

Dr. Desai is passionate about preventative care medicine. He likes to focus on preventing illness through promoting healthier lifestyles and age-appropriate, evidence-based medicine. He enjoys understanding his patients and providing the care that they need.

Dr. Shivam Desai was born in India and migrated to the USA when he was seven years old. Since then, he has been an Atlanta native. He graduated from Chapel Hill High School in Douglasville and went to the University of Georgia for his undergraduate degree. He then attended SABA University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Piedmont Columbus Regional Hospital Family Medicine Program.

When he is not working, he enjoys traveling and learning about local cultures. He also loves spending time with his family and his dogs.
